Important information about school fees and registration​​​

• The school year runs from September to August. Children are placed in classes according to their age on 1st September

• Interviews and assessments are held prior to acceptance to ensure that our provision appropriately meets the needs of all children.

• Successful applicants will be provided with additional paperwork to complete.

• Successful applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of KSh 30,000/-.

• Above fees indicate costs for tuition, lunch and exercise books.

• In Preschool and Primary, all learning materials are provided by TradeWinds Academy

• Students in Lower Secondary may be required to provide textbooks or workbooks

• Fees are in Kenyan Shillings.

• Fees are payable before the first day of each term.

• Sibling discounts: We offer a 5 % sibling discount

• A surcharge of 1.25% is levied per month for the late payment of fees.

• We are unable to offer prorated fees in case of absence.

• Activity fees are charged separately

• A full term's notice in writing and the headteacher's acknowledgement is required for withdrawals.
  A full term's fees are payable in lieu of such notice.

• By registering your child at TradeWinds Academy, you agree to the Terms and Conditions

• The Director reserves the right to alter the fees at a term's notice.
